Midweight Fleece Crew

A crewneck sweatshirt built around the print rather than the other way round. The face of the fabric is a tight, brushed knit with almost no nap, so a screen print sits flat and clean. Inside, the fleece is fully brushed for warmth. The collar, cuff and waistband rib is spandex-blended so it comes back after a commercial wash.

Pullover Hoodie

The hood is the part everyone gets wrong. Ours is a three-panel hood with a matched lining and a flat drawcord that does not twist or pull through. The kangaroo pocket is set high enough to leave a full front print area, and the body is cut long enough to stay tucked over a tee.

Same body and fleece as the FF-700 with a colour-matched metal tooth zip and a reinforced zip placket that stays straight through the wash. Split kangaroo pockets, matched hood lining, and a chest print area on each side for smaller marks or embroidery.

Printing and embroidering FITYS fleece

| Plastisol | No pre-press needed. 320°F cure, 60 seconds. Use a 110–156 mesh. |
| Water-based | Pre-press 5 seconds to flatten the nap. Expect a softer edge on heathers. |
| DTG | Pre-treat lightly and pre-press. Avoid over-saturation on the loopback face. |
| Embroidery | Use cut-away backing on the body, tear-away on the hood. |
| Vinyl / transfer | 300°F, medium pressure, 12 seconds, peel warm. |
