The proposition
CANVAS ROAD is for the programme that wants a garment to look three summers old on the day it ships.
Bodies are knitted from 20/1 open-end and ring-spun cotton, sewn complete, then pigment dyed and tumbled with softener. Pigment sits on the fibre surface rather than inside it, so the colour abrades gently at the seams and collar over time instead of fading flat.
