Blank apparel has a real footprint and a real labour story. Here is what we actually do, what we can prove, and what we are still working on.

Materials

Cotton, and where it comes from.

Our core cotton is long-staple and traceable back to the gin. Traceability is not a sustainability claim on its own — it is simply the prerequisite for making one. Without it, every other statement on this page would be marketing.

All dye chemistry used on FITYS garments is OEKO-TEX certified, and our dye house runs closed-loop water treatment with discharge testing on every batch. The recycled polyester in our blends is post-consumer and GRS certified.

The part that matters most.

Audited before the first order

No partner factory receives a purchase order until an independent social audit has been completed and reviewed. Audits cover wages, hours, contracts, age verification and safety.

Long relationships, not spot buying

We place repeat volume with a small group of factories. Predictable orders let a factory plan hiring and pay properly, which is the single biggest lever we have.

Available to our customers

Account holders can request the audit summary for any factory that made their goods. If we would not want you to read it, we should not be buying from them.

Honest limits

What we have not solved.

We are a blanks supplier, not a miracle. Cotton is water-intensive, container freight burns fuel, and a garment that gets printed badly ends up in the bin regardless of how it was made. Pretending otherwise would insult anyone who has read a life-cycle assessment.

The most useful thing we can do is make garments that last long enough to justify having been made, publish enough data that you can make an informed choice, and keep improving the parts we control.
